My client is an global insurance provider. The orgnanisation has a need for some talented qualified actuaries who can assist and advise the organisation at the highest level in regard to the validation of their internal model and associated activities. These role will provide additional risk support to senior management as well as provide leadership to organisations governance processes and validation. As the organisation is a global entity these actuaries will also influence the organisation across the globe to ensure that the processes and standards are consistent.
Whilst this work concerns the organisations non-life entities my client is open to actuaries from other disciplines once individuals are qualified and can show that they have the following experience:
1) Capital modelling and model validation experience
2) Experience of working with Risk Frameworks and Insurance Governance
3) Strong Communications Skills and the ability to translate technical conclusions into business friendly recommendations.
