This is an exciting opportunity for a Qualified Pensions Actuary to take on the position of Group Pensions Actuary. It’s a rare opportunity to join the firm at a senior level. This role is a management position in our client’s Pensions department. This individual will manage a team of project leads and trainee actuaries and technical staff. The Group Pensions Actuary is responsible for driving strategic and tactical change that will support the development of the organisations digital platform for Corporate Pension business.
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
Candidates should have strong analytical and problem solving skills, they should have drive, determination and strong interpersonal skills. Candidates should have some or all of the following experience:
- Qualified Actuary
- Experience working in an operations, IT, unit pricing or other process focussed business areas.
- Project management experience
- Strong knowledge of Corporate Pensions products, Pension Technical and/or Trusteeship
- Excel skills and experience working with data.
