A multinational Life Insurer has an exciting opportunity for a qualified actuary to join their team as an IFRS 17/Project Actuary. The role will largely revolve around the IFRS 17 implementation project, as well as a Finance Transformation program. The successful candidate will be involved in further actuarial projects, and will be expected to take a leading role in projects undertaken by the actuarial department. This is an exciting opportunity for a qualified actuary to work in a management role with high levels of responsibility.
Candidates interested in the IFRS 17/Project Actuary Role should meet the following criteria:
- Qualified actuary, preferably with a background in regulatory implementation or in reporting and modelling
- Project management experience
- The interpersonal skills needed to network with other business units and to influence senior management
