About the Role
This Head of Risk position is a challenging and dynamic role, and the successful candidate will become a very senior member of the team. The role will assume PCF responsibilities for the insurance side of the business.
Duties for the role include (but are not limited to):
- Management of the company’s risk function in Ireland
- Oversee risk governance activities, liaising between the various teams and business units
- Data Quality process management, ensuring quality improvements and modification
- Keeping up to date with emerging trends and best practise
- Ad hoc projects as required
Actuarial Skills Required
The successful candidate will be a senior qualified life actuary with significant post-qualification experience in the area of risk. Project management experience and a formal risk qualification eg. CERA would be an advantage for this role.
