Part Qualified Life Actuary for an Actuarial Risk role in the Risk Management Department of a leading cross-border insurance provider. The successful candidate will work closely alongside the company Risk Manager and CRO. Duties for this position will include but not be limited to the following:
- Reviewing Actuarial models, assumptions and calculations including SCR calculations
- Production of ORSA reports, Solvency and Financial Condition reports and the Regular Supervisory reports
- Assist in the development and analysis of actuarial scenario analyses and stress testing
- Assist the Actuarial, Finance and Investment departments with producing key reports.
Requirements for this Actuarial Risk Role
The successful candidate will ideally be a part qualified actuary, steadily progressing through the actuary exams and hold a minimum 2:1 Actuarial degree or equivalent. Strong analytical and report writing skills combined with excellent communication skills are essential for this role. A good understanding of the European Life Assurance industry is also advantageous.
