A Qualified Non-Life Actuary is required by a large multinational Senior Actuarial Manager. Our client is looking for a motivated individual who enjoys working on a broad range of projects leading others. The successful applicant will take part in projects that are particularly focused on Solvency II, Capital Management, and Reserving issues. The broad nature of this role also means that opportunities to take part in other forms of work will likely arise. The individual will deal with both business users and technical colleagues. The organisation also promotes learning and knowledge sharing across the organisation and they are looking for an individual to participate in this. This person will lead junior colleagues and recruit additional team members as required.
Qualified Non-Life Actuaries interested in this role should meet the following criteria:
- Be a qualified Non-Life Actuary with minimum of 5 years professional experience in non-life insurance, non-life consultancy, or non-life reinsurance
- Leadership skills
- Strong technical and analytic skills
- Excellent communication skills (both written and oral)
- A knowledge of the challenges facing the non-life insurance industry
