Carina is the Managing Partner of Raretec Recruitment Ltd and personally specialises in the Life Insurance side of the business. Carina has over 20 years’ recruitment experience, including 4 years as a trainer of in-house recruiters globally.

Kate Henebry

Kate Henebry

Manager

Having joined Raretec in mid-2022, Kate was appointed Manager in January 2024. She specialises in the junior to mid-level actuarial roles in the life sector from part-qualified to newly qualified actuaries and has played a pivotal role in developing our graduate and internship program for actuaries. She studied for her MA in Shakespeare Studies from Kings College, London and holds a BA in English Literature & French from Trinity College.

Tracy Walsh

Tracy Walsh

Executive Consultant

Tracy joined Raretec Recruitment as Executive Consultant in January 2024 with a specific focus on contract actuarial roles. She specialises in placing part qualified and qualified Actuaries across Life, Non-life and Pensions and Investment sectors in Ireland. Tracy is a highly knowledgeable professional with over 20 years’ experience in HR & Operations and has a BA in HR & Industrial Relations.

Susi Fitzpatrick

Susi Fitzpatrick

Recruitment Administrator

Susi Fitzpatrick joined Raretec in early 2024 as Recruitment Administrator. She supports the team of actuarial recruitment consultants. Susi assists on the internship programme throughout the year and is the main point of contact for all students and clients involved. Susi also looks after new graduates as they begin their actuarial journey. She studied at UCC where she gained a BSc in Economics and a Diploma in Spanish & Italian.

Stephen McManus

Stephen McManus

Partner

Stephen joined Raretec as a Partner in the summer of 2024 and specialises in placing qualified actuaries across Non-life, Pensions and Investment sectors in Ireland.
Stephen has over 10 years’ experience recruiting across insurance and banking for clients in Ireland and across Europe and holds a Bachelor of Business from the University of Limerick where he majored in insurance.
