Our client a leading organisation within the Irish health insurance market is seeking an experienced Senior Pricing Manager to lead the development and delivery of pricing strategy across a growing portfolio.
This is a senior leadership role with strong visibility across the business, offering the opportunity to shape pricing strategy, influence commercial outcomes, and lead a high-performing team.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead pricing strategy across the health insurance portfolio
- Own and enhance pricing models, tools, and methodologies
- Deliver portfolio analysis and translate insights into commercial recommendations
- Partner with senior stakeholders across Product, Finance, Actuarial, and Sales
- Lead, develop, and mentor a high-performing pricing team
Requirements
- Qualified Actuary with 3+ years PQE
- Strong experience in health insurance pricing
- Proven leadership and stakeholder management experience
- Strong analytical and commercial skillset
- Advanced technical skills (Excel, SQL, VBA)
