Our client, a leading professional services firm, is seeking an Actuarial Modelling Consultant / Senior Consultant to join their growing Dublin-based actuarial team.
This is an excellent permanent opportunity to play a key role in designing and delivering advanced actuarial modelling and data solutions for some of the largest life, non-life, and reinsurance companies in Ireland and internationally.
As part of a high-performing actuarial and analytics practice, you’ll help develop and implement innovative, automated, and scalable solutions that enhance actuarial reporting, strengthen governance, and improve operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement automated actuarial models and data solutions to meet client needs.
- Collaborate with actuarial, data, and technology teams to integrate modelling and reporting processes.
- Manage project plans, deliverables, and timelines across multiple stakeholders.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members, supporting their professional development.
- Drive innovation and continuous improvement through smarter, technology-enabled actuarial processes.
About You
- Qualified or Part-Qualified Actuary with experience in actuarial modelling or data analytics.
- Strong technical skills in R, Python, SQL, or similar analytical tools.
- Proven ability to design and deliver complex actuarial or data-driven solutions.
- Excellent communicator with strong stakeholder management and problem-solving skills.
- Collaborative team player with a passion for innovation, automation, and continuous improvement.
