Risk Job Vacancy - Internal Audit Manager

My client is an insurance provider who are looking to hire an Internal Audit Manager as part of the Risk Function for their Dublin based office. This is an excellent career opportunity for a motivated and ambitious individual with audit, compliance, risk management or accounting experience. Duties of the role will include but not be limited to the following:

  • Leading and managing the audit process

  • Management of all audit phases in accordance with procedures

  • Adhere to professional auditing standards

  • Management of the resolution of audit issues with relevant business areas and stakeholders

  • Provide key contributions in relation to the development of the annual internal audit plan

Candidates should ideally have a professional qualification, to include ACA, ACCA, CIMA, CIA or a relevant degree, and be from an insurance or financial services background. They should have 5 years relevant experience with ideally 2 years in a management role with strong analytical and communication skills.
