Role: Trainee Actuary
Level: Trainee Actuary with 1+ years’ experience
My client is a leading financial services organisation who are looking to recruit a Trainee Actuary for their Life division. The successful candidate will have a high attention to detail and be responsible for compiling comprehensive presentations and drafting documents. Through on the job training, coaching and formal learning, they can expect to build their core technical skills. Candidates for this role are expected to reach the following requirements:
Trainee Actuary with 1+ years’ experience in life assurance, life consultancy or life reinsurance
Progressing through actuarial exams
Strong computing skills
Previous experience with Solvency II, Financial Reporting, Product Design / Pricing and Capital and Risk Management
Candidates applying for this position are expected to have strong analytical and problem solving skills and excellent communication skills, in both a written and oral format. The role will involve producing high quality work, while maintaining a focus on deadlines and process.The role will come with full study support.
