General Insurance Actuary Vacancy - Senior Manager


Our client is a financial services organisation who are recruiting a Senior Manager for this Dublin city centre based role. The organisation is looking for a qualified actuary with strengths in reserving and/or pricing. Duties of the role will include but not be limited to the following:

  • Lead teams and project work streams including project planning, budgeting and performance management of your team members

  • Manage operational aspects of the team to include recruitment, line management and coaching duties

  • Provide leadership to team members and taking responsibility for identifying current and future skilled resource requirements, organising training and recruitment as appropriate to meet those needs

The ideal candidate is a qualified general insurance actuary with a track record of strong management and leadership skills. The individual should have excellent communication skills and enjoy managing multiple projects and teams.
